Academic Coaching supports students in building organization, executive functioning, accountability, and learning strategies. Targeted tutoring is incorporated when it supports these goals.

Monitoring progress and adjusting strategies
Goal Setting & Accountability
Each coaching session includes goal-setting and progress review. Students learn to track what was completed, identify barriers, and adjust strategies to improve follow-through and independence.
Targeted Academic Support
Targeted academic support focuses on specific assignments or academic tasks within coaching sessions. Support may include clarifying expectations, understanding rubrics, planning drafts or study approaches, and developing strategies to complete work independently.
Assignments are not completed for students.
