The Write Look was created to offer clarity and grounded support at moments when education decisions feel complex, high-stakes, or difficult to navigate.
Families and educators are often expected to move through systems—particularly special education—without clear explanations or guidance. Students, meanwhile, are asked to manage increasing academic demands without always being taught how to organize, plan, or advocate for themselves.
The Write Look exists to help make those moments more manageable, informed, and intentional.
Founder & Education Consultant
The Write Look was founded by Asaad Fulton, an educator and consultant with experience across classrooms, assessment systems, and special education decision-making.
Asaad has worked at the classroom, school, and system levels, supporting students with diverse learning needs and advising educators and leaders on assessment, implementation, and instructional decision-making. His background spans special education, academic coaching, and large-scale assessment systems, giving him a practical understanding of how educational decisions are made—and how they impact students and families in real time.
His work is grounded in clarity, preparation, and respect for the people navigating these systems, with a focus on helping families, educators, and students move forward with informed confidence.

Academic Coaching
Skills-based support for students focused on organization, accountability, executive functioning, and learning strategies, with targeted academic support incorporated when helpful.
Across both areas, the goal is the same: clarity, grounded decision-making, and support that feels practical—not overwhelming.
